It comes with 2 sets of guides, a serviceable grid, margin-compliant text frames, a few embedded fonts from the Bitter typeface (previewed right here, why not), brief usage notes, and 2 (mini)pages of unnecessary commentary from me. Scribus is an Open Source program that brings professional page layout to Linux, BSD UNIX, Solaris, OpenIndiana, GNU/Hurd, Mac OS X, OS/2 Warp 4, eComStation, and Windows desktops with a combination of press-ready output and new approaches to page design. Once you are done writing your book, import it into Sigil. This simple template lays out a PocketMod-style mini-zine (instructional video) on US Letter paper* for the Scribus desktop publishing program (1.5.7). IF you want to spend the time, and, learning how to use Scribus, you could use that instead of LO.
